About Clearwater Crest

Who builds your pool, where we work, and how the business is set up, serving ON L6L 6M3 and the surrounding area.

Who we are

Clearwater Crest is a custom inground pool design and construction business, operating as EFFICIENT POOLS LTD.. The focus is narrow on purpose: full-project management for residential inground pools, from the first site visit through to the finished deck, rather than a wide menu of unrelated backyard services.

The business is built around keeping one project lead on a job from the site assessment through handover, coordinating excavation and licensed trades rather than subcontracting the whole build out piecemeal.

What we do

The offer is three packages that build on each other: an assessment and layout, a full inground pool construction package, and a premium version that adds matched decking and surround work. Component detail for each is on the Services page.

Where we are

The business is based at 785 Pacific Rd Unit #2, OAKVILLE, ON L6L 6M3 and serves ON L6L 6M3 and the surrounding area. Site visits and construction projects stay within a drivable radius of that base so the same crew can return for follow-up work without a long commute eating into the schedule.

Licensed plumber (coordinated)

How we work

Three things we hold to

Approach, not an outcome promise.

Assessment before estimate

No figure is given until the yard has actually been measured and assessed.

Quality control at handoff

Each stage is checked before the next contractor or trade starts.

Direct communication

You deal with the project lead, not a rotating list of contacts.

Terms, in plain language

A short glossary

A few terms that come up during a project.

Rough-in
The electrical and plumbing work installed before decking and finishing go in.
Shell
The structural body of the pool — gunite, vinyl liner or fiberglass.
Tie-in
Where the decking surface connects to the finished pool shell edge.
Starting-range estimate
A written figure based on the site assessment, confirmed as a final quote once materials are chosen.

A note on scale

Clearwater Crest keeps a deliberately small project list at any given time, by design — the same project lead and crew carry a build from the site assessment through to handover, which is harder to promise at a larger scale. If our current schedule cannot fit your preferred timeline, we will say so plainly during the consultation rather than overbook the calendar.
