This page restates, in one place, the cancellation and refund terms that also appear inside our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy sections, for anyone looking for them directly.

Cancelling a consultation

Consultation visits cancelled at least 2 business days ahead carry no charge and any fee already paid is refunded in full. Later cancellations may be charged for crew time already scheduled.

Cancelling a construction deposit

Deposits cancelled before excavation has begun are refunded, less any costs already committed (such as materials ordered to your specification or scheduled trade labour). Once excavation has started, the project is treated as underway and the refund terms narrow to work not yet performed.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 905-337-7604 with your name and the date of payment. We confirm receipt within one business day.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

If we need to cancel

Where weather, permitting delays or capacity require us to cancel or reschedule a visit or project start, we offer a full refund of any affected payment or a rebooked date, at your choice.
