Our Services
What each package includes, how the work goes, and who it fits — serving ON L6L 6M3 and the surrounding area.
Design Consultation & Site Assessment
An on-site visit to measure the yard, review grading and drainage, and sketch a first layout option for an inground pool. Includes a written summary of findings and a starting-range estimate for the project scope discussed.
The visit typically runs about an hour and covers access points for equipment, existing drainage patterns, and any grading that would affect where the shell can sit. You leave with a written summary, not a verbal impression.
- Yard measurement and sketch layout
- Grading and drainage review
- Written findings summary
- Starting-range estimate
Custom Inground Pool Construction Package
Full construction management for a standard-size inground pool, covering excavation coordination, structural shell work, plumbing and electrical rough-in, and final decking tie-in. Built around the layout agreed in the consultation.
This package is scoped around a standard-size inground pool; larger or irregular layouts are priced from the same consultation but may carry a longer schedule. Excavation is coordinated rather than performed in-house, and the project lead stays on site through each phase.
- Excavation coordination
- Structural shell installation
- Plumbing and electrical rough-in
- Decking tie-in
- Final walkthrough
Premium Backyard Pool & Decking Build
An expanded build that pairs the pool shell with a matched decking and surround package, chosen materials, and a longer finishing schedule for larger or more detailed backyard layouts.
The decking and surround materials are selected during the consultation from the options reviewed on site, and the finishing schedule is set once those materials are confirmed — stone and composite surrounds typically run longer than a standard concrete tie-in.
- Everything in the construction package
- Matched decking and surround materials
- Extended finishing schedule
- Materials selection session

How the work goes
A five-stage process
Each stage closes before the next opens, so the yard is never left mid-step.
Request
Send the form or call with a rough idea of what you want and your timeline.
Assessment & quote
A site visit measures the yard and produces a written starting-range estimate.
Scheduling
Once the layout is agreed, the project is slotted against permit timing and crew availability.
Execution
Excavation, shell, rough-in and decking tie-in proceed as one managed project.
Handover & follow-up
A walkthrough of the finished pool with start-up guidance and optional ongoing care.
Most projects move from signed layout to the start of excavation within a few business days of permit approval; exact scheduling depends on municipal inspection timing.
Who this is for
Situations the offer fits
And one honest note on where it does not.
First-time pool owners
A yard with no existing pool, where grading and drainage need the closest assessment.
Liner or shell replacement
An aging pool being rebuilt in place, often paired with new decking.
Larger backyard projects
Pool and decking planned together as one larger landscaping project.
Repeat seasonal clients
Owners who already use our maintenance or seasonal opening/closing support and are adding or upgrading a pool.
This is not an indoor-pool or commercial-facility service — the offer above covers residential backyard inground pools in ON L6L 6M3 and the surrounding area.
About pricing
The prices above are the starting point for each package. A final figure is confirmed after the site assessment, once grading, access and the chosen materials are known — yard conditions, permit requirements and material selection can all move a quote. No project begins construction without a written estimate agreed in advance.
Keeping it consistent
How we keep every build to the same standard
Not a promised outcome — a description of the method behind it.
Written layout before digging
No excavation starts until the layout and estimate are signed off in writing.
Licensed trades on rough-in
Electrical and plumbing rough-in is coordinated with licensed subcontractors, not performed informally.
One point of contact
A single project lead tracks the build from assessment to handover.
