Service & Installation Terms

Scope

These Service & Installation Terms apply specifically to the construction work performed by EFFICIENT POOLS LTD. under the Custom Inground Pool Construction Package and the Premium Backyard Pool & Decking Build described on the Services page, in addition to the general Terms of Use.

Site access & preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the site assessment and, once construction is confirmed, for excavation equipment, delivery vehicles and the construction crew during working hours.

Permits & inspections

We prepare and submit the municipal permit application on your behalf as part of the construction package. Approval and inspection timing are set by the municipality; we do not promise a specific approval date.

Materials & substitutions

Shell, decking and equipment materials are selected together during the consultation. If a specified material becomes unavailable, we will propose a comparable substitution and confirm it with you in writing before proceeding.

Changes during construction

Any change to the agreed layout or materials once excavation has started is treated as a variation, confirmed in writing with any associated cost before the change is made.

Warranty of workmanship

Structural shell and rough-in workmanship completed by our crew is covered against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the handover walkthrough; this does not cover damage from improper owner maintenance, extreme weather events, or work by other contractors.

Trade coordination

Electrical and plumbing rough-in is performed by licensed third-party trades coordinated by our project lead; those trades carry their own licensing and insurance for their specific scope.
