Returns & Refund Policy

Scope: this policy covers payments made for the Design Consultation & Site Assessment and deposits paid toward a construction package.

Eligibility: the consultation fee is refundable if cancelled at least 2 business days before the scheduled visit; construction deposits are refundable before excavation work has begun, subject to the cancellation terms below.

How to request: email [email protected] or call +1 905-337-7604 with your name and the date of payment.

Processing: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases: amounts corresponding to work already performed (including completed excavation, materials ordered to your specification, or scheduled trade labour already incurred) are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel: email [email protected] or call +1 905-337-7604 during Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:30.

Cancellation windows: consultations cancelled at least 2 business days ahead carry no charge; construction deposits cancelled before excavation begins are refunded per the Returns & Refund Policy above, less any costs already committed.

Rescheduling: we will always offer to reschedule a visit or a construction start date before treating a request as a cancellation.

Cancellations by us: if weather, permitting delays or capacity require us to cancel or reschedule, we will offer a full refund of any affected payment or a rebooked date, whichever you prefer.
