Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.

About the service

What's included in the consultation?

A visit to measure the yard, review grading and drainage, and sketch a first layout, followed by a written findings summary and a starting-range estimate for the scope discussed.

What construction methods do you use?

Gunite, vinyl liner or fiberglass shells, selected during the consultation based on yard conditions, budget and your preference.

How big an area do I need?

It depends on the layout chosen; the site assessment measures your specific yard and flags any access or grading limits before anything is quoted.

How long does a typical build take?

Timelines vary with permitting, weather and the scope agreed in the layout; a realistic schedule is confirmed once the layout is finalized.

Process & scheduling

How do I start a project?

Send the contact form or call the office — we ask a few quick questions and book a site assessment visit.

What happens after I send a message?

A team member replies within one business day to confirm a convenient time for the site visit.

What does the assessment involve?

Measuring the yard, checking grading and drainage, and reviewing equipment and material access before sketching a layout.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes — permit applications and the related electrical and building inspections are coordinated as part of the construction package, though approval timing is set by the municipality, not by us.

Pricing & payment

Are the listed prices final?

They are starting-range figures. A final quote is confirmed after the site assessment, once yard conditions and material choices are known — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

What can change an estimate?

Grading and drainage work, access for equipment, permit requirements and the decking materials you choose can all move a quote up or down from the starting range.

Can I cancel after booking a consultation?

Yes — see the cancellation terms in our Cancellation Policy for the applicable window.

Do you require a deposit?

Construction projects are confirmed with a deposit against the signed written estimate; the assessment visit itself is invoiced separately at a flat rate.

Practical

What are your working hours?

Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:30, Eastern Time (ET) — ON L6L 6M3.

How do I reach the team?

By phone at +1 905-337-7604 or by email at [email protected] during business hours.

Where are you located?

Based at 785 Pacific Rd Unit #2, OAKVILLE, ON L6L 6M3, serving ON L6L 6M3 and the surrounding area.

Do you offer maintenance after the build?

Yes — maintenance and seasonal opening/closing visits can be arranged directly for pools we have built, as described on the Maintenance page.

Still have questions?

Send a message through the contact form, or reach us directly.

One more thing worth knowing

Questions submitted through the contact form are read by the same project team that handles site assessments and construction, not a separate sales desk, so the answer you get back reflects what is actually realistic for your yard rather than a generic script.
