Clearwater Crest

Ongoing care

Maintenance & Service

Ongoing care for pools we build — part of the construction package's follow-up support, not a separate priced plan.

What this covers

Follow-up support after handover

Maintenance visits extend the same team that built the pool — they are scoped individually, not sold as a separate catalogue item.

After a pool is built through our Custom Inground Pool Construction Package or the Premium Backyard Pool & Decking Build, owners can arrange ongoing maintenance visits directly with the same project lead. A visit typically covers water testing, filter checks, skimming and equipment inspection. Scope and frequency are agreed during the handover walkthrough and billed per the written quote for that arrangement — the three packages listed on the Services page remain the entire priced offer.

Credentials

Who does the maintenance work

Same crew, same standards as the build.

Same project team

Maintenance visits are carried out by the crew familiar with your specific build, not a rotating call-centre dispatch.

Registered business

Arranged through EFFICIENT POOLS LTD., the same registered entity that completed the construction.

What this is not

Honest scope limits

A clear line keeps expectations straight.

Not a separate priced plan — maintenance is arranged individually with clients who had their pool built by us.

Not a same-day rush service — visits are scheduled within normal working hours, Monday to Friday.

Not a substitute for daily owner care between visits (skimming leaves, checking the pump basket).

Not available for pools we did not build, at this time.

How a visit is arranged

Three steps

Every visit is confirmed with you directly before it is booked.

1

Reach out

Call or message us with your address and roughly what you need checked.

2

Confirm scope & timing

We confirm what the visit covers and schedule a time within normal hours.

3

Visit & written notes

The technician completes the visit and leaves written notes on what was found and done.

Materials used

What a technician brings

Standard pool-care tools and products, nothing proprietary or unusual.

Testing kit

A digital or reagent-based kit for pH, chlorine and alkalinity, used at the start of every visit to set a baseline before any adjustment.

Skimmer and brush

A long-handled net for surface debris and a wall brush for the waterline, used to clear what the circulation system alone would miss.

Balancing chemicals

Standard pH and chlorine adjusters, quantities logged in the written notes left after the visit so the next visit starts from a known point.

Filter tools

Equipment to open, rinse and reseat cartridge or sand filters, and to check pump basket and impeller for debris.

Visits are scoped to what the pool actually needs rather than a fixed checklist — a technician familiar with your specific build knows whether a given visit calls for a full filter clean or just a water test and skim, and will tell you which before starting.

How often to book

There is no fixed schedule we push on every client — how often a maintenance visit makes sense depends on pool usage, surrounding trees and how much time you want to spend on upkeep yourself between visits. Some owners book a single mid-season check; others prefer a visit every few weeks through the swimming months. We will give you an honest opinion on what your specific pool needs during the first visit rather than defaulting to the most frequent option.
